RUMPHI ORPHAN CENTER
Thus far, GPM has raised more than $17,500 for Building the Rumphi Orphan Center, in Malawi, Africa, brings together a team of volunteers from Albuquerque, NM, who are answering the call to construct and furnish an addition that will allow the center to serve young children ages 0–5.

We couldn’t even dream about making this trek to Malawi if it weren’t for your support, thoughts, and prayers! Our whole team of volunteers has been so encouraged by the support we have received from you, our friends, family, and colleagues!
Our team will be arriving in Washington D.C. on Sunday, June 22, and we will travel together to Malawi beginning Monday morning. Once we arrive, we will spend a few days getting acclimated and doing some language and cultural training before we travel to Rumphi.
Our team leader extraordinaire and returning Peace Corps Volunteer, Lori, is already in Malawi preparing for our arrival. She says that everyone is super excited to meet us!
PRODUCTION OF OSTURA ALBUM
Global Peace Media has helped raise over $25,470 needed funds for Ostura, a Lebanese Band in a war-torn country to produce their latest album together with an orchestra. 9 songs to tell 9 stories of war, and the toll it takes on our human relations.
