Our Goal is to provide 4 farmer-associations in Embu and Meru districts with basic farm inputs like seeds and fertilizers to help them re-cultivate their farms and get back to producing food for their communities and get back to making a decent living out from that effort.
Our aim is for the farmer associations to be supplied with farm-inputs to help them to improve their farming activities, produce food to supply in their communities, and get back to being able to depend on themselves like before. In this way to provide the farmers with farm-extension services from alternative experts from Embu University and Chuka University which will go beyond advising, to and include practical coaching on how to use the inputs, manage the farms, and site-visits to monitor farm progress. Thus, the trained farmers will be resilient and capable of adapting when another economic issue occurs. They will also have an established link with experts who will be ready to support them at any time of need.
